1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the fk3333 platform — accessible at fk3333.app and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the fk3333 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fk3333 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds held pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

3.2 One Account Per Player

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in the name of the fk3333 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source. Deposits are credited to your fk3333 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change at fk3333's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with the fk3333 payments team. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed at the cashier — typically within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad
• fk3333 operates withdrawal processing around the clock, including during national holidays such as Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March)
• fk3333 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses on fk3333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). fk3333 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may differ from published central bank rates.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fk3333 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating more than one player account on fk3333
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit authorisation
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the fk3333 platform in a manner not intended for human players

• Using the fk3333 platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Accessing fk3333 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, using a VPN or other masking technology to conceal your true location

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your fk3333 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by fk3333

fk3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation
• A valid self-exclusion request or court order requiring account closure
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fk3333 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances below ৳500 BDT may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 BDT per month after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting the support team.

9 Responsible Gaming

fk3333 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults and should never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. fk3333 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT to manage your spending. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered (not raised) within a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Gambling losses incurred during a period in which a self-exclusion or deposit limit should have been in effect but was circumvented by the player
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the fk3333 platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fk3333's liability for death or personal injury caused by fk3333's own negligence, or for any form of liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

fk3333's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to fk3333 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

fk3333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fk3333 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at fk3333.app/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the fk3333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using fk3333 and request account closure as described in Section 8.1 prior to the amendment taking effect.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

fk3333 operates as an internationally licensed platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fk3333 holds its operating licence. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of fk3333 complies with all local laws and regulations applicable to them in their country or territory of residence, including Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of fk3333's licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.
